LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
First: I give, devise and bequeath unto my wife, Mary all my real and personal property of every kind and description.
Second: I request her, the said Mary Dykes to so dispose of said property that all that may remain thereof after her death may pass to and become the property of Myrtie E. Denny whom we have raised as our own child, but this request is not intended to in anywise prevent her the said Mary Dykes from disposing of such property as she may deem proper.
I hereby name, constitute and appoint the said Mary Dykes sole executrix of this My Last Will and Testament and request that she may act as such executrix, without giving or executing any bond for the performance of such duties.
In witness of this, my Last Will and Testament I have hereunto signed my name at Bloomfield in said county this 9th day of August A.D. Nineteen Hundred and Six in presence of George H. Crumb and Schuyler C. Scism, both of said county and state witnesses.
