I Richard Corbett of the County of Stoddard and Commonwealth of Missouri being of Sound mind and Knowing the certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time it may happen do make and ordain This my last Will and Testament revoking all other Wills by me heretofore made. It is my will and desire that my Estate of every kind and degree be kept together for the Mentainance of my children being in number five Daughters until the youngest comes of age then to be equally divided between them in quality and quantity. Item I do appoint my eldest Daughter Nancy Corbett the sole executrix of this my Will and Testament from the confidence I have in her purity of character. it is my desire that in the discharge of her duties as executrix that she may not be required or in any manner compeled to give Security for the faithful performance of the same. Item, it is my will that all my Just debts be paid funeral expenses included. In Testimony whereof I have here unto set my hand and Seal this 19th day of May 1842.
