I Andrew Cline of the County of Stoddard and State of Missouri do make and publish this my last will and Testament in manner and form as following that is to say first, it is my will that my funeral expenses and all my first debts be fully paid Second I give and devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary Cline in lieu of her dower the plantation in which we now reside Situate in the County of Stoddard and in the State of Missouri during her natural life and all the live stock horses, cattle, sheep & hogs, etc. By me owned {word covered} Kept there on. Also all the household furniture and other items not particularly named and otherwise disposed of in this will during her natural life as aforesaid, she however disposing of sufficiency there of to pay my Just debts as aforesaid and at the death of said wife all the property hereby devised or bequeathed to her as aforesaid or so much there of as may then remain undisposed of to my three children Benjamin Cline, Christina Bess and Charity Butts and to their heirs and assigns forever. Third I give and bequeath to my Son Benjamin Cline the sum of five dollars and to his heirs and assigns forever. Fourth I give and devise to my daughter Christina Bess the sum of five dollars and to her heirs and assigns forever Fifth I give and devise to my daughter Charity Butts the sum of five dollars and to her heirs and assigns forever. And lastly I hereby constitute and appoint my wife Mary Cline to be executrix of this my last will and testament revoking and annulling all former wills by me made and ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament.

In testimony of which I have herewith set my hand and seal this twenty Seventh day of October in the year of our Savior one thousand Eight hundred and Forty three.

Signed published and declared by the above named Andrew Cline as and for his last will and testament in presence of us who at his request have signed as witnesses to the same

State of Missouri, County of Stoddard

County Court of Stoddard Mo. In session November the fifteenth 1845. Be it remembered that Levi W. Sankersley one of the subscribing witnesses to the for going will personally appeared in open court of said county and being duly sworn deposes and says that he saw the for going named testator Andrew Cline sign the for going instrument of writing which he published as his last will that he the said testator was at the time of sound mind, over the age of twenty one years and that this despondent allisted Said will as one of the subscribing witnesses there to by subscribing his name to the same in the presence of the said Testator which said proof is deemed by said court sufficient to establish said will.
