I Isaac Rivel of Fulton County Kentucky do hereby make my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say: 1st I desire at my death that all my just debts & funeral expenses be paid 2nd My will and desire is that I give unto my beloved wife V. Frances Rival all my real and personal estate and the increase thereof during her life time or widowhood except one bed and furniture which I bequeath unto my grand daughter Eva Missouri 3rd My will and desire is that at the death of my beloved wife V. Frances Rival that all the real & personal property be equally divided between my two daughters Eva Catherine Wallace & Araminta Ellen Seals during their natural lives and at their decease to their bodily Heirs. I hereby empower my beloved Wife V.F. Rivel to sell any of the perishable property for her maintenance or give equally to my two daughters above named as she may think best -- and lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my beloved wife V. Frances Rivel of this my last will and testament. Executrix, and to carry out this my last will and testament with out Security. I do hereby revoking all other or former wills or Testaments by me heretofore made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & affixed my seal this 25th May AD 1849.

This instrument of writing was this day produced in Court and proven in open court to be the last will and testament of Isaac Revel dec'd by the oaths of A.G. McFadden and R.S. McFadden Subscribing witnesses there to and ordered to be recorded whereupon the same is recorded accordingly--

I G.N.S. Morris clerk of the county court for the County aforesaid do certify that the foregoing is a true and perfect transcript of the will of Isaac Reville now of record in my office. I testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and official Seal the 10th day of March 1853.

I Lewis Sciani Presiding Judge of the county court for said county do hereby certify that George S. Morris whos name appears to the above is and was duly elected commissioned and qualified clerk of said court and that all of his acts as clerk is entitled to full faith and evidence. Given under my hand and seal this 10th day of March 1853. Lewis Sciani P.J. 66.
