State of Missouri, County of Stoddard, May the 27^th AD 1841

I John David do make and publish this as my last will and testament hereby Revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made. First I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as posible out of my money that I may die posessed of or may first come into the hands of Executor.

Secondly I give and bequeath to Sarah David my wife all of my property and Estate to keep and to hold as long as she remains my widow or untill death this to be equally divided among all of my heirs. Lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint Henry David my Executor.

In witness whereof I do to this my will set my hand and seal this the 27^th day of May AD 1841.
