I William M. Babb of the County of Stoddard and State of Missouri do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. First I direct that all my debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my death as possible out of my Estate as soon as possible. Then I will and bequeath to my beloved wife Temperance Babb all the ballance of my Estate personal and real. To have and dispose of during her natural life, or, widowhood and at her death I want it Equally divided among my children. And I hereby make and ordain my Esteemed neighbors Harman Reed and William A. Whitehead Executors of this my last will and testament. In witness where of I William M. Babb the testator have to this my will Written on one sheet of paper Set my hand and seal this second day of January in the year of our lord one thousand Eight hundred and forty two.
