I Thomas Ringer of Stoddard County State of Missouri being of Sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and Testament --
1st I direct that all my Just debts and funeral ..... be fully paid --
2nd I give and bequeath my Son Lewis M. Ringer one dollar, to my daughter -- Ann C. Layman one dollar to My son John P. Ringer one dollar. To My daughter Saraiona Virginia Ringer one dollar, to {word covered} daughter Rebecca Josephine Ringer one dollar

And to My daughter Lilla Victina Ringer one dollar -- 3rd I do hereby give and devise to My beloved wife Elizabeth Ringer and to her heirs and assigns forever all My Real Estate Situate in the County of Stoddard and State of Missouri, also all other Real Estate which I May own in any other county in Said State, or in any other State -- I further give and bequeath to my Said Wife All Money on hand at My death. All Bonds, bills, notes, checks due, demands and choses in action; also all my household and Kitchen furniture, farming utensils, Horses, Cattle, Mule, Hogs, provisions and every other Species of personal property of whatsoever Kind or description of which I May be possessed at My death. To hold and enjoy as her own property absolutely Provided how ever That in case My Said Wife Elizabeth Ringer Should Marry, then and the happening of this Sais Said Marriage I Will that My Estate both real personal and Mixed. Which may not have been disposed of by my Said Wife before Such Marriage. Shall be Equally divided between my Said Wife and My Said Children heretofore Named in My Last Will and testament. Taking into consideration such advancements as has heretofore been made by Me of which My Said wife May hereafter Make to any of My Said Children as aforesaid So as to make each of My Said Children Share and Share alike including Such advancements as May have been Made to them at any time.
4th I do hereby appoint My beloved wife Elizabeth Ringer Sole executrix of this My last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made. In Witness where of I have hereunto Set My hand this 28th day of March AD 1859.

Be it remembered that ... 9th day of May 1859 personally appeared before the undersigned Reuben P. Owen Clerk of the District County Court of the county and State aforesaid for... And Robert P. Paramore the Subscribing witnesses to the annexed will of Thomas Ringer .... Said Thomas Ringer the Testator Subscribed the Same in their presence and published the Said Will or instrument of writing as his last will and he the Said testator was, at the time of publishing his Said will, of Sound Mind and More than twenty one years of age and that they the Said deponents, attested the Said Will as Witnesses thereto by Subscribing their names to the Same, in the presence of Said testator.

In Witness Where of I Reuben P. Owen Clerk of the District County Court of the County of Stoddard and State aforesaid have hereunto Subscribed my name and affixed the Seal of Said court at office in the County aforesaid, this 9th day of May AD 1859.
