I make this my last will and testament as follows
1viz. To my Son a cow and calf and a horse worth sixty dollars.
To my daughter Jane a cow and calf and a horse worth Sixty dollars.
To my Calas a cow and calf & a horse worth Sixty dollars.
My son Anderson - David Finley - my son Elijah, my son James having
received a cow and calf and a horse as....children all the balance of my property to
be equally divided between my above named children after deducting from the
balance one third for my wife Elizabeth being in a rational state of mind I hereby
subscribe my name to the above, my last will and testament.
