Last Will and testament of W. H. Garner

December the 31^st day 1886.
This the Will of W. H. Garner of Stoddard County Missouri.
I give and devise at my death all my property both Real and personal When all my just debts are paid to M.A. Garner my wife and at her death my heirs.
I appoint and make the said Calvin Norman Executor of this my will and testament This assigned in tolerable health.

In the Probate Court
Be it Remembered that on this the 23^rd
pg. 135
day of October A.D. 1888 before me P.G. Wilson Judge of the probate Court held in and for the county and State aforesaid, personally appeared Alexander Howell and Henry McCormick who are the subscribing witnesses to the annexed will of W. H. Garner deceased and being by me first duly sworn depose and say That the said W.H. Garner the Testator subscribed the same in their presence and published and declared said will or Instrument of writing to be his last will and testament and that at the time of signing the same he the said testator was of sound and disposing mind and more than twenty-one years of age, and that said deponents attested said will as witness thereto by subscribing their names to the same in the presence of the Testator and at the request of the said testator.

In the Probate Court
I P.G. Wilson Judge of the Probate court of Stoddard County State of Missouri having Examined the foregoing Instrument purporting to be the Last Will of W. H. Garner deceased and signed by W. H. Garner and having heard the testimony of Alexander Howell and Henry McCormick subscribing witnesses thereto in Relation to the Execution of the same do declare and adjudge said Instrument to be the Last Will and testament of the said W. H. Garner deceased late of Stoddard County, Missouri.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said court at office in Bloomfield this 23^rd day of Oct A.D. 1888
