Last Will and Testament of Fritz Man, dec.
In the name of God, amen. I Fritz Man of the County of Stoddard in the
State of Missouri aged sixty years being of sound mind do make and publish this
last will and testament of mine as follows:
I request that my funeral be conducted under the direction of my beloved
wife and in a manner suitable to my means and position in life. And that a suitable
monument or stone be placed by her to mark the final resting place of my remains,
the cost of which shall be considered as funeral expenses and I direct that my
funeral charges the expenses of administrating my estate and all my Just debts be
paid out of my personal estate, and if that be insufficient I expressly authorize my
Executor hereinafter named to sell at public or private sale the whole or part of my
real estate as may be sufficient for that purpose first selling the piece or pieces my
beloved wife may if she be living designate.
I give and bequeath to my beloved son Theodore Man one dollar in full of
his distributive share of my real and personal estate.
I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Annie Catherine Man all my real
estate situate in Stoddard County Missouri and also all my personal property of
whatever nature or description, except the one dollar herein bequeathed to my son
Theodore Man. The said Real estate and personal property so bequeathed to her
by me to be hers as absolutely as though she had purchased the same with her own
money and she is authorized to use and dispose of the same in any manner she may
like but should she remain possessed of my real Estate or personal property coming
to her from my estate at the time of her death, Then I hereby will that all said
property shall pass and become the property of my son Theodore Man.
I appoint my wife Annie Catherine Man my Executrix of this my last will
revoking any former will by me made. And I authorize her to administer my estate
without giving bond. In witness whereof I have hereunto Subscribed my name this
30th day of April 1890

The foregoing instrument was at the date thereof signed and declared by the said
Fritz Man to be his last will and testament in presence of us, who at this request
and in his presence, and in the presence of each other, have subscribed our names
as witnesses thereto.

In the Probate Court
Be it Remembered that on this the 23rd day of June A.D. 1890 before me
P.G. Wilson Judge of the probate Court held in and for the county and State
aforesaid, personally appeared Christine Hansen and Eggardine Hansen who are
the subscribing witnesses to the annexed will of Fritz Man deceased and being by
me first duly sworn depose and say That the said Fritz Man the Testator
subscribed the same in their presences and published and declared said will or
Instrument of writing to be his last will and testament and that at the time of
signing the same he the said testator was of sound and disposing mind and more
than twenty-one years of age, and that said deponents attested said will as witnesses
thereto by subscribing his name to the same in the presence of the Testator and of each other and at the request of the said testator.

I P.G. Wilson Judge of the Probate court of Stoddard County State of
Missouri having Examined the foregoing Instrument purporting to be

the Last Will of Fritz Man deceased and having heard the testimony of Christine
Hansen and Eggardine Hansen and subscribing witnesses thereto in Relation to
the Execution of the same do declare and adjudge said Instrument to be the Last
Will and testament of the said Fritz Man deceased late of Stoddard County,
Missouri.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said
court at office in Bloomfield this 23rd day of June A.D. 1890.

To all to whom these presents shall come Greeting, Know Ye that the last
will and testament of Fritz Man deceased late of Stoddard County Missouri, hath
in one form of law been exibited, proved and recorded in the office of the Clerk of
the Probate Court of Stoddard County Missouri, a copy of which is herein to
annexed and in as much as it appears that Annie Christine Man has been
appointed Executrix in and by the said last Will and testament to execute the same
and to the end that the property of the said testator may be preserved for those who
shall appear to have legal right or interest therein, and that the said last will and
testament may be executed according to the request and instruction of the said
testator . We do hereby authorize her the said Annie Christine Man as such
Executrix to collect and secure all and singular the goods and chattels rights and
credits which were of the said Fritz Man at the time of his death in whosoever
in possession the same May be found; and to perform and fulfill all such duties as
may be enjoined upon her by said last will and testament so far as there be property
and the law charge her and in general to do and perform all other acts which are
now or may be hereunto
