In the name of God amen. I Henry Thompson of Stoddard County Missouri being of sound and disposing mind and realizing the certainty of death and the uncertainty of life do make and publish this my last will and testament.
First. I will that all my Just debts be paid including my funeral expenses.
Second. I will and bequeath to my beloved wife Flora J. Thompson all of my real and personal effects, so long as she remains to be widow. After having set apart my will of one dollar to my son Charles W. Thompson and one dollar to my son Wm. H. Thompson and one dollar to my daughter Maud M. Thompson.
Third. In the event of the marriage of my beloved wife Flora J. Thompson my said property shall avert in fee simple to my said three children and the title be vested in them as equal owners, after having set apart one dollar for my beloved wife, Flora J. Thompson, as my will to her in the count of the marriage.
In testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed my seal this 10th of January 1891.

We the undersigned being present certify that Henry Thompson was fully conscious and possessed his Mental faculties fully and realized the importance of his act in executing his will.

In the Probate Court
Be it Remembered that on this the 17th day of January A.D. 1891 before me Ralph Wanmack Clerk of the probate Court held in and for the county and State aforesaid, personally appeared M.W. McCloud and Sam E. Hester who are the subscribing witnesses to the annexed will of Henry Thompson

deceased and being by me first duly sworn on their oath depose and say That the said Henry Thompson the Testator subscribed the same in their presence, and published and declared said will or Instrument of writing to be his last will and testament, and that at the time of signing the same he the said testator was of sound and disposing mind and more than twenty-one years of age, and that said deponent attested said will as witness thereto by subscribing their names to the same in the presence of the Testator and of each other, and at the request of the said testator.

In the Probate Court
I Thos. Connelly Judge of the Probate court of Stoddard County State of Missouri having Examined the foregoing Instrument purporting to be the Last Will of Henry Thompson deceased and having heard the testimony of M.W. McCloud and Sam E. Hester subscribing witnesses thereto in Relation of the Execution of the same do declare and adjudge said Instrument to be the Last Will and testament of the said Henry Thompson deceased late of Stoddard County, Missouri.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said court at office in Bloomfield this 21st day of Sept A.D. 1891.
