Last Will and Testament of Anna W. Bird, Dec'd.

In the name of God Amen.
I Annie W. Bird of St. Francis, Clay County State of Arkansas being of sound mind do make this my last will and Testament.
1st. I give and bequeath to my children John C. Winterburn and Ada R. Winterburn All my property both real and personal, and all that I may die seized of.
2nd share and share alike. The income from all my property I leave to my mother Mrs. Nancy Sykes to be used by her as she deems best until the children become of age. I appoint Joe B. Sykes of Bloomfield, Mo. To be the Administrator of this my last will. In witness whereof I have signed name in presence of Mrs. Sarah E. Boyd, Nish B. Sykes and Lizzie Sykes This 18th day of Jun 1892.

We hereby certify that Annie W. Bird signed the above Instrument in our presence and acknowledged the same as her last Will and Testament and we sign as witnesses to the same in the presence of each other on the 18th day of Jun 1892.

Proof of Will
State of Missouri, County of Stoddard
In the Probate Court
Be it Remembered that on this the 22nd day of November A.D. 1892 before me Thomas Connelly Judge of the probate Court held in and for the county and State aforesaid, personally appeared Nish B. Sykes, Sarah E. Boyd and Lizzie Sykes who are the subscribing witnesses to the annexed will of Annie W. Bird deceased and being by me first duly sworn depose and say That the said Annie W. Bird the Testator subscribed the same in their presence and published and declared said will or Instrument of writing to be his last will and testament and that at the time of signing the same he the said testator was of sound and disposing mind and more than

twenty-one years of age, and that said deponents attested said will as witnesses thereto by subscribing their names to the same in the presence of the Testator and of each other and at the request of the said testator.

In the Probate Court
I Thomas Connelly Judge of the Probate court of Stoddard County State of Missouri having Examined the foregoing Instrument purporting to be the Last Will of Annie W. Bird and having heard the testimony of Nish B. Sykes, Sarah E. Boyd and Lizzie Sykes, subscribing witnesses thereto in Relation of the Execution of the same do declare and adjudge said Instrument to be the Last Will and testament of the said Annie W. Bird deceased late of Stoddard County, Missouri.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said court at office in Bloomfield this 22nd day of November 1892.
