Be it remembered that I Oscar L. Tenison of the county of Stoddard and State of
Missouri being of sound mind and memory but being aware of the uncertainty of
life do make this my last will and testament.
After the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses I bequeath and
devise as follows unto Wm H. Dunlop and his wife Lucretia Dunlap I devise all
my earthly possessions of every nature whatsoever including any l... back pay or
pension found due to me from the United States Government and pending for
services rendered by my father in the military services of the United States
Government the cause for which is now pending the same to have and hold there
when ....
In testimony whereoff I hereunto set my hand and in the presence of these
three witnesses declair this to be my last will and testament this 16th day of October
1894.

On this 16th day of October 1894 Oscar L. Tenison of Stoddard County Missouri
signed the foregoing instrument in our presence and declared it to be his last will
and as witness hereoff we do therefor at his request sign in his presence and the
presence of each other as witness thereto.

Proof of Will

In the Probate Court
Be it Remembered that on this the 7th day of February A.D. 1896 before me
D. Wilcox Clerk of the probate Court held in and for the county and State aforesaid,
personally appeared John W. Stewart and J.R. Stewart who are the subscribing
witnesses to the annexed will of Oscar L. Tenison deceased and being
by me first duly sworn depose and say That the said Oscar L. Tenison the Testator
subscribed the same in their presence and published and declared said will or
Instrument of writing to be his last will and testament and that at the time of signing
the same he the said testator was of sound and disposing mind and more than
twenty-one years of age, and that said deponents attested said will as witnesses
thereto by subscribing their names to the same in the presence of the Testator and
of each other and at the request of the said testator.

I D.Wilcox Clerk of the Probate court of Stoddard County State of Missouri
having Examined the foregoing Instrument purporting to be the Last Will of Oscar
L. Tenison and having heard the testimony of John W. Stewart and J.R. Stewart
subscribing witnesses thereto in Relation of the Execution of the same do declare
and adjudge said Instrument to be the Last Will and testament of the said Oscar L.
Tenison deceased late of Stoddard County, Missouri.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said
court at office in Bloomfield this 7th day of February 1896.
