Mrs. Rhoda E.C. Wilson
Signed, Sealed, published and declared, by the said Rhoda E.C. Wilson as and for
her last will and testament, date above written, in the presence of us who at her
request and in her presence and in the presence of each other hereto sign our names
as attesting witnesses thereto.

aforesaid, do hereby certify the foregoing to be a true, perfect and complete copy of
the last will and Testament of Rhoda E.C. Wilson, deceased late of the County and
State aforesaid.
In Testimony whereof I have here unto set my hand and affixed the seal for said
court, at my office in Hillsboro, this 5th day of April A.D. 1899.

John M. Shoemaker whose name is subscribed to the foregoing certificate of
attestation now is and was, at the time of signing and sealing the same clerk of the

thereof, duly elected and qualified to office; that full faith and credit are and of
rights ought to be given to all his official acts as such, in all courts of records and
elsewhere; and that his said attestation is in due form of law, and by the proper

the instrument of writing hereto attached, with the certificate thereon was filed for
record in said office on the 6th day of April 1899, at 3 o'clock P.M. and that the
same is duly recorded in said office in Book 28 for recording deeds, at page 59.
In witness whereof, I have hereto set my hand and affixed the seal of my said
office. Done at office at Bloomfield this 7th day of April 1899.

instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and Testament of Rhoda E.C.
Wilson, late of said county deceased, who being duly sworn according to law, does
depose and say that for himself, that he was present and saw the said Rhoda E.C.
Wilson sign said will in his presence and that he believes that the said testator was
of sound mind and memory of lawful age and under no constraint when she signed
said will.
