Know all men by these these presents that I Cela Ann Harrison of Puxico, Missouri while in my right mind do hereby make my last will.
I hereby give and bequeath to my son Granville Lafayette Harrison one ($1) Dollar and to my grandson Benjamin who is a son of my son Benjamin One ($1) Dollar and to my daughter Amanda M. Covington I will and bequeath the balance of my property both personal and real. This 23" day of Sept. 1899.
In Testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal.

In making my last will and testimony on Sept. 23rd 1899, I failed to mention and make provision for the heirs of my son William Wesley Harrison to his Estate I bequeath one dollar.

Be it Remembered that on this the 21st day of December A.D. 1899 before me Thos. Connelly Judge of the probate Court, held in and for the county and State aforesaid, personally appeared Laura C. Broley, who was one of the subscribing witnesses to the annexed will of Celia A. Harrison deceased, and being by me first duly sworn depose and says That the

said Celia A. Harrison the Testator, subscribed the same in her presence, and published and declared said will or Instrument of writing to be her last will and testament, and that at the time of signing the same she, the said testator was of sound and disposing mind, and more than twenty-one years of age, and that said deponent attested said will as witness thereto, by subscribing her name to the same in the presence of the Testator and of each other, and at the request of the said testator.

I Thomas Connelly Judge of the Probate Court of Stoddard County, Missouri, having Examined the foregoing Instrument of date 23", Sept. 1899 purporting to be the Last Will and testament of Celia A. Harrison, deceased, late of Stoddard County, Missouri and having heard the testimony of Laura C. Broley, and J.D. Shoemote subscribing witnesses thereto, in Relation of the Execution of the same, do declare and adjudge said Instrument of date 23", Sept. 1899, is the Last Will and testament of said Celia A. Harrison deceased, and the same is therefore admitted to Probate.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said court at office this 27th day of December 1899.

Executors Bond: Or Bond of Administrator with will annexed.
We W.A. Clubb as principal, and W.T. Hall and F.C. Clark as Sureties, are held and firmly bound unto the State of Missouri in the sum of One Hundred Dollars, for the payment of which we do hereby bond ourselves, our heirs, Executors and administrators firmly by these presents.
Sealed with our seals and dated at Puxico in the State aforesaid, this ___day of _____ A.D. 188___.
The condition of the above bond is, that the said W.A. Clubb administrator of the Will annexed of the Last Will and testament of Celia A. Harrison deceased, late of Stoddard County, Missouri, shall well and faithfully execute the said Last Will and testament, and shall make true and faithful inventories, returns and settlements of accounts of the Estate of the said Testator, according to law, and shall, moreover, do and perform all other matters and things touching the execution of the said Last Will and testament as are or shall be prescribed by law, or enjoined {word covered} him by the order, sentence or decree of any {word covered}

having competent jurisdiction, then this obligation to be void and of no effect; otherwise to remain in full force.

To all to whom these presents shall come - Greeting: Know ye, that the last will and testament of Celia A. Harrison, deceased, late of Stoddard County, Missouri, hath in due form of law been exhibited, proved and recorded, in the office of the Judge of the Probate Court of Stoddard County, Missouri, a copy of which is hereto annexed; and inasmuch as it appears that W.A. Clubb has been appointed Executor by the Probate Court of Stoddard County, Missouri to execute the same, and to the end that the property of the said Testator may be presented for those who shall appear to have a legal right or interest therein and then the said Last Will and testament May be executed according to the request and instruction of the said Testator, we do hereby authorize him the said W.A. Clubb, as such Executor, to collect and secure all and singular, the good and chattels, rights and credits, which were of the said Celia A. Harrison at the time of her death, in whosoever hands or possession the same may be found; and to perform and fulfill all such duties as may be enjoined upon him by said Last will and Testament

so far as there shall be property and the law charge; and in general to do and perform all other acts which are now or may be hereafter required of him by law.
