I Nancy Williams, of the County of Stoddard and State of Missouri _____years of
age make and publish this my last will and Testament, which is as follows:
I will and bequeath, that all of my just debts be paid, including my funeral
expenses, by my Executor herein after named.
I will an bequeath to George McFall my black mule Seventy Dollars in the
Bloomfield to Clara Aslin and Lucy Adams in equal portions, To Clara Aslin,
Lucy Adams my horse "Frank". To George McFall my cow. To Clara Aslin,
Lucy Adams, and Selina Bess, what corn I have on hands. To George McFall
and Selina Bess all my household and kitchen furniture, except one feather bed,
two pillows and three quilts which I bequeath to James Tankirsley. The tools and
wagons I leave to Clara Aslin, Lucy Adams, John Williams, Levi Williams,
Elbert Williams, and Nancy Tankirsley.
I hereby appoint Wm. Wilson as Executor of this my last Will and Testament
revoking all former wills by me made.
In Witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the 14th April
1900.

The foregoing Instrument was at the date thereof signed and declared by the
said Nancy Williams to be her last will and Testament in the presence of us who at
her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed
our names as witnesses thereto.

Be it Remembered that on this the 21st day of April A.D. 1900 before me

probate Court held in and for the county and State aforesaid, personally appeared
W.A. Roberts and D.W. Fitzgerald, who are the subscribing witnesses to the
annexed will of Nancy Williams deceased, and being by me first duly sworn
depose and say That the said Nancy Williams the Testator, subscribed the same in
their presence, and published and declared said will or Instrument of writing to be
her last will and testament and that at the time of signing the same she, the said
testator was of sound and disposing mind, and more than twenty-one years of age,
and that said deponents attested said will as witnesses thereto, by subscribing their
names to the same in the presence of the Testator and of each other and at the
request of the said testator.

I Thos. Connelly , Judge of the Probate court of Stoddard County, State of
Missouri, having Examined the foregoing Instrument purporting to be the Last Will
and testament of Nancy Williams, and having heard the testimony of W.A.
Roberts and D.W. Fitzgerald, subscribing witnesses thereto, in Relation of the
Execution of the same, do declare and adjudge said Instrument to be the Last Will
and testament of said Nancy Williams deceased, late of Stoddard county, Missouri.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said
court at office in Bloomfield, Mo. this 21st day of April 1900.

To all to whom these presents shall come - Greeting:
Know ye, that the last will and testament of Nancy Williams, deceased, hath
in due form of law been exhibited, proved and recorded, in the office of the Judge of
the Probate Court of Stoddard County, a copy of which is hereto annexed; and
inasmuch as it appears that Wm. Wilson has been appointed Executor in and by
said Last Will and Testament to execute the same, and to the end that the property of
the said Testator may be presented for those who shall appear to have a legal right or
interest therein and that the said Last Will and testament May be executed according
to the request of the Testator, we do hereby authorize him the said Wm. Wilson as
such Executor, to collect and secure all and singular, the good and chattels, rights
and credits, which were of the said Nancy Williams at the time of her death, in
whosoever possession the same may be found, and to perform and fulfill all such
duties as may be enjoined upon him by said Last will and Testament so far as there
shall be property, and the law charge him and in general to do and perform all other
things which are now are or may be hereafter required of him by law.
In Testimony whereof I Thomas Connelly, Judge of the Probate Court in and
for said County of Stoddard hereunto sign my name and affix the seal for the said
court at office in Bloomfield, Mo. this 21" day of April, A.D. 1900.

Executors Bonds, or Bond of Administrator with Will Annexed
We, William Wilson, as Principal, and ________as securities, are held and
firmly bound unto the State of Missouri, in the Sum of Four Hundred dollars, for the
payment of which we do hereby bind ourselves, our heirs, ex-

ecutors and administrators firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals and dated
at Bloomfield in the state aforesaid, this 21"day of April A.D. 1900.
The condition of the above Bond is that if the said William Wilson, Executor of the
last will and Testament of Nancy Williams, deceased, late of Stoddard County,
Missouri shall well and faithfully execute the said Last Will and Testament, and
shall make true and faithful Inventories returns and settlements of accounts of the
Estate of said Testator, according to law and shall moreover do and perform all other
matters and things touching the execution of the said Last Will and testament, as are
or shall be prescribed by law, or enjoined on him by the order, sentence or decree of
any court having competent jurisdiction, then this obligation to be void and of no
effect; otherwise to remain in full force.
