In the name of God Amen. I Andrew Neill of the county of Stoddard and State of Missouri being of sound and disposing mind and considering the uncertainty of human life do make and declare this to be my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made. First I will to be buried in a Christian like manner and that all my Just debts be paid as soon as possible. 2nd I will and bequeath to my heirs to wit James Neill the sum of one dollar of good and lawful money of this United States to John Neill one dollar to Adrain Neill the sum of one dollar to William Neill one dollar and to Amanda Neill one dollar to Robert Neill one dollar to Neughey Neill one dollar Moses Neill one dollar to Margaret N. one dollar to Deborah Patton one dollar to Mary Eaker one dollar to Elizabeth Dunn one dollar good and lawful money of the United States. I give bequeath and devise to William M. Jenkins and Edmond B. Jenkins all my property real personal and mixed consisting of moneys lands tenements Negros and all other property of which I die possessed for their Sole use benefit and behoof. I appoint Said William M. Jenkins and Edmond B. Jenkins my Executors to execute and cary out this my last will and testament Given under my hand this tenth day of December 1855.

We attested the above and foregoing will by Subscribing our names hereto as witnesses in the presence of Andrew Neill the testator this 10th day of December 1855.

In vacation of the county court
Be it remembered that on this 10th day of January 1855 {this date is correct}
personally appeared before the undersigned Reuben P. Owen Clerk of the county Court of the county and State aforesaid John M. Johnson and Jonas Eaker the Subscribing witnesses to the annexed will of Andrew Neill and being by me first duly sworn depose and say that the said Andrew Neill the testator subscribed the Same in their presence and published the said will or instrument of writing as his last will that he the Said Testator was at the time of publishing his Said will of sound mind and more than twenty one years of age and that they the Said deponents attested the Said will as witnesses thereto by Subscribing their names to the Same in the presence of Said testator.

In Witness whereof I Reuben P. Owen Clerk of the county Court of the county of Stoddard and State aforesaid have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed the seal of said court at office in the County aforesaid this 10th day of January 1855.

I William M. Jenkins one of the executors of the foregoing will make oath and Say that the above and foregoing is a true and perfect copy of the original will supposed to be buried lost or destroyed to the best of my knowledge and belief.
