I Araminta C. Miller of the County of Stoddard, in the State of Missouri do make and publish this my Last will and testament.
I give bequeath and devise to my son John D. Miller the sum of Five Dollars, to my daughter Sophia E. Starr, My Bureau, to my son George Miller a Wash Stand, one Cow commonly Known by the name of Pink and twenty

five bushels of corn, to my son Daniel Miller a Horse, and two Sheep and a Kettle, to my son Frank Miller a Horse, a Steer and two sheep. And all the remainder of my personal property not already mentioned to my three sons, Thomas, Daniel and Frank to be equally divided between the three. And I also give bequeath and devise to my three sons Thomas, Daniel and Frank my Homestead, that is to say the place on which I now reside and described as follows to wit: Thirty Seven Acres in the South West quarter of the north West Quarter of Section Twenty four (24) Township Twenty Six (26) North of Range Ten (10) with all Appurtenances thereto belonging. And I give bequeath and devise to my son George, Lots number Eighteen and Seventeen in the town of Bloomfield.
In Witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand.
12th day of September A.D. 1876.

Signed and declared by the above named Araminta C. Miller to be her last will and testament in the presence of us who at her request and in her presence, and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.

In vacation of the County Court
Be it remembered that on the 15th day of November AD 1876 before the undersigned R.W. Christy Clerk of the county Court of the county and State aforesaid personally appeared Henry N. Phillips and John E. Liles subscribing witnesses to the annexed will of Araminta C. Miller who being by me first duly Sworn, depose and say that the said Araminta C. Miller the testator, subscribed the same in their presence and published the Said Will or Instrument of writing as her last will; That she the said testator was at the time of Publishing her said Will of Sound mind and more than twenty one years of age and that they the said deponents attested the said Will as witnesses thereto by subscribing their names to the same in the presence of said testator and at her request and in the presence of each other.

In vacation of the county Court
I R. W. Christy Clerk of the County Court within and for the County of Stoddard and State of Missouri having examined the annexed instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and Testament of and signed by Araminta C. Miller and having seen, heard and taken the testimony of Henry N. Phillips and John E. Liles subscribing witnesses thereto in relation to the execution of the same, do declare and adjudge said Instrument to be the last Will and Testament of the said Araminta C. Miller deceased, late of Stoddard county, Missouri.
In Testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed the seal of our said County Court at office in Bloomfield this 15th day of November A.D. 1876.
