I William B. Harvey of the county of Stoddard and State of Missouri make this my last will.
I give devise and bequeath my estate and property real and personal as follows, that is to say, after paying all of my Just debts and expenses to Joanna Harvey my ____ James J. Harvey my son, Sarah A. Steward my daughter, and Thomas G. Harvey my Son in equal parts.
I appoint J.J. Harvey --- my executor.
In witness whereof I have Signed and Sealed and published and declared this instrument as my will at my residence in the County of Stoddard on the 10th day of January, A.D. 1877.

The said William B. Harvey at his residence on the 10th day of January A.D. 1877 Signed and Sealed this instrument and published and declared the same as and for his last will and we at his request and in his presence and in the presence of Each other have hereunto written our names as subscribing witnesses.

In the county Court Stoddard County, Mo. Transacting Probate business January Term 1877. March 21st 1877. 3rd day of the Term.
Personally appeared in open court William M. Harlin and George R. Braley who being duly sworn on oath say that they were present and Saw William B. Harvey Sign the annexed instrument of writing and that he the said William B. Harvey declared the same to be his last will and testament That he the said testator at the time of publishing his said will was of sound mind and more than twenty one years of age, and that they the said depo-

nents attested the said will as subscribing witnesses by subscribing their names to the same in the presence of the said testator and at his request and in the presence of each other.

Stoddard County Court transacting Probate business January Term A.D. 1877 March 21st 1877 Third day of the term.
Estate of William B. Harvey, deceased.
Now comes Carey P. Hollis and presents to the Court the Will of said deceased for Probate and the Court having heard all the testimony offered in this cause and having fully advised of and concerning the same doth consider and adjudge that said proof is sufficient and that said Will is sufficiently proven to be the last will and testament of the said William B. Harvey, deceased and doth now here admit the same to Probate and order said will to be properly certified and recorded by the Clerk of this Court.

State of Missouri, County of Stoddard.
I R.W. Christy of the County Court within and for said county, hereby certify the foregoing to be a full perfect and complete ... of the order of the County Court of said county admitting to Probate the last will and testament of William B. Harvey deceased late of the County of Stoddard State of Missouri, as fully as the same appears of record now remaining in my office.
In testimony whereof I have hereto signed my name and affixed the seal of Said court at office in Bloomfield in said County, this 21st day of Mary A.D. 1877.
