I Joseph W. Rea of the County of Stoddard and in the State of Missouri do made and publish this My last will and testament.
1st. I give and bequeath to My Sisters Nancy M. Story and Virginia Scism all my personal estate of every name or Notion subject to the payment of my lawful debts my personal expenses on condition that they furnish to my Mother Anna Rea a Suitable Support during her natural life providin that money of the Said Joseph W. Rea shall revoke all the provisions of this will.
The following is a description of the land division

Situated in Stoddard County Missouri viz The North half of the South East Quarter of Section 3 T 26 Rang 10 = 80 acres. The North half of the South most quarter of the South west quarter Sec 2. T26. Range 10 containing 20 acres and in all 100. Acres.
3rd. I hereby appoint My Same Sisters My Executrixes to execute this My last will and testament hereby revoking all former will by me made.
In witness whereof I have hereunto Set My hand on this 17th day of October A.D. 1874.

Know all to whom these Presents Shall come that I Joseph W. Rea make this addition to my last will and testament That Mary Jane Walker and Alexander Cox are made equal in the interest of all my personal and Real estate with Virginia C. Scism And Nancy M. Story Providing they comply with all the conditions mentioned in the above will. And I having revoke all my former wills and testament which may conflict with this now codicil. In witness whereof I hereby Set my hand and Seal day and date above written this Oct. 21 1879.

In the Matter of the Probate of the last will and testament of Joseph M. Rea Late of Stoddard County, Decd.
On the 10th day of November 1879 before me Judge of the Probate Court within and for the County personally appeared Cullin Stafford and James H. Dodsan who being sworn by me on their oaths Say that they were present and saw Joseph W. Rea Sign the following instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Joseph W. Rea and heard him publish and declare the Same to be his last will and testament that is the addition or codicil to his last will and testament and that at the time of publishing the Same the Said Joseph W. Rea was of Sound and disposing mind and that these deponents Subscribing there names thereto as witnesses to the Same in the Presence and at the request of the testator and in the presence of each other.

In the the 10th day of November 1879-- before me Judge of the Probate Court within and for Stoddard County Personally came Carl B. Crumb who being by me duly Sworn on his oath Says that he was present and Saw Joseph W. Rea Sign the for going instrument and heard him publish

and declare the Same to be his last will and Testament and that, at the time of Publishing the Same, the Said Joseph W. Rea was of Sound Mind and disposing Mind and that this deponent and Henery Dykis Subscribed their names thereto as witnesses to the Same in the Presence of and at the request of the Testator and in the presence of each other.

On this 19th day of November A.D. 1879 before Me Judge of the Probate court within and for Stoddard county Probate Court within and for Stoddard County Personally came Henry Dykis who being by me duly Sworn on his oath Says that he was present and Saw Joseph W. Rea Sign the foregoing instrument purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Joseph W. Rea and heard him declare and publish the Same to be his last will and Testament and that, at the time of Publishing the Same, Joseph W. Rea was of Sound Mind and disposing Mind and that this deponent and C.B. Crumb Subscribed their names thereto as witnesses to the Same in the Presence of and at the request of the Testator and in the presence of each other.

I L.H. Mauldin Judge of the Probate Court of Stoddard County State of Missouri, having examined the foregoing instrument, purporting to be the last will of Joseph W. Rea, Decd. And Signed by the said Joseph W. Rea and having heard the testimony of C.B. Crumb and Henry Dykis and Cullin Stafford and J.H. Dodsan Subscribing witnesses thereto in relation to the Execution of the same So declare and adjudge Same instrument to be the last will and Testament of Said Joseph W. Rea Decd., late of Stoddard County Missouri. For testimony whereof I have hereunto Set My hand and affixed the seal of Said Court at office in Bloomfield this 19th day of November A.D. 1879
