In the County Court
The State of Missouri to all persons, to whom these presents Shall come Greeting;
Know ye that the last will of William S. Hayden, deceased, late of Stoddard
County and state of Missouri, hath in due form of law, been exhibited, proved and
recorded, a copy of which is hereto annexed; to the end, therefore, that the
property of the testator may be preserved for those who shall appear to have a legal
right or interest therein; and that the Said last will may be executed according to the
request of the testator. We do hereby appoint Missouri E. Hayden administratrix,
with the will of said William S. Hayden annexed and authorize her, the said
Missouri E. Hayden as such administratrix to collect and secure, all and singular
the goods and chattels, rights and credits, which were of the said William S.
Hayden at the time of his death, in whosoever possession the same may be found;
and to perform and fulfill all such duties as may be enjoined upon her by said will,
so far as these shall be property, and the law charges her, and in general to do and
perform all other things which now are, or hereafter may be required of her by law.
In Testimony whereof I Robert W. Christy Clerk of the County Court in and for
said County of Stoddard, hereunto sign my name and affix the seal of said court, at
office in Bloomfield, this 16th day of March A.D. 1875.

I R.W. Christy Clerk of the County Court within and for said County, do hereby certify that the within Letters of Administration are duly recorded in my office, in Book C for recording Letters & c. at Page 122.
In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed the seal of said court, at
my office in Bloomfield this 16th day of March A.D. 1875.
