County of Stoddard

To all persons, to whom these presents Shall come Greeting;
Know ye that the last will of Martin Asher, deceased, hath in due form of law, been exhibited, proved and recorded in the office of County Court for Stoddard. A copy of which is hereto annexed; and inasmuch as it appears that Joel Hobbs & Lawson A. Taylor have been appointed executors in and by said Last Will to execute the same, and to the end that the property of the said testator may be preserved for those who shall appear to have a legal right or interest therein; and that the Said last will may be executed according to the request of the testator. We do hereby authorize them the said Joel Hobbs & Lawsen A. Taylor as such executors to collect and secure, all and singular the goods and chattels, rights and credits, which were of the said Martin Asher at the time of his death, in whosesoever possession the same may be found; and to perform and fulfill all such duties as may be enjoined upon them by said will, as far as these shall be property, and the law charge them; and in general to do and perform all other things which now are, or hereafter maybe required of them by law.

In Testimony whereof I R. W. Christy Clerk of the County Court in and for said County of Stoddard, hereto sign my name and affix the seal of said court, at office in Bloomfield, this Third day of August A.D. 1875.
