In the Probate Court
Be it Remembered that on this the 20th day of March A.D. 1902 before me Thomas Connelly, Judge of Probate Court, held in and for the county and State aforesaid, personally appeared D.J. Delay and George Hurse, who are the subscribing witnesses to the annexed will of W.H. Robinson, deceased, and being by me first duly sworn, depose and say That the said W. H. Robinson the Testator,

subscribed the same in their presence, and published and declared said will or Instrument of writing to be his last will and testament and that at the time of signing the same he, the said testator was of sound and disposing mind, and more than twenty-one years of age, and that said deponents attested said will as witnesses thereto, by subscribing their names to the same in the presence of the Testator, and of each other and at the request of the said testator.

I Thomas Connelly , Judge of the Probate Court of Stoddard County, Missouri, having Examined the foregoing Instrument of date March 13, 1902 purporting to be the Last Will and testament of W.H. Robinson, deceased, and signed by said W.H. Robinson, deceased, late of Stoddard County and having heard the testimony of A.J. Delay and George Hurse, subscribing witnesses thereto, in Relation

In relation to the Execution of the same, do declare and adjudge said Instrument of date March 13th 1902 the Last Will and testament of said W.H. Robinson deceased, and the same is therefore admitted to Probate and ordered filed.

In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said Court at office this 20th day of March, 1902.

R. Jones upon application for Letters Testamentary upon the estate of W.H. Robinson deceased being by me the undersigned Judge of Probate Court within and for said county, first duly sworn says that he will make a perfect Inventory of the Estate of said deceased and faithfully execute the last will of the testator pay the debts and legacies as far as the assets will extend and the law direct render just accounts and faithfully perform all things required by law touching such executorship.

Know all men by these presents that We R.F. Jones, as principal and Stephen Boran and Henry Koechig as Securities are held and firmly bound unto the State of Missouri, in the sum Eight hundred Dollars, for the payment of which we do hereby bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, firmly by these presents Sealed with our seals and dated this 20th day of March A.D. 1902.

The condition of the above Bond is that if the said R.F. Jones as Executor of the Last Will and Testament of W.H. Robinson deceased shall make a perfect inventory of the Estate of said deceased, and faithfully execute the last will of said testator pay the debts and legacies as far as the assetts will extend and the law directs under render just accounts and faithfully perform all things required by law touching such executorship

To all to whom these presents Shall come---- Greeting:
Know ye that the last will and Testament of W.H. Robinson,

deceased, late of Stoddard County, Missouri, hath in due form of law, been exhibited, proved and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Probate Court of Stoddard County, Missouri, a copy of which is hereunto annexed and inasmuch as it appears that no executor is appointed by will or Testator, R.F. Jones has been by the Court appointed Executor by the Probate Judge of said County. Executor of said Last Will and testament to execute the same and to the end that the property of the said testator may be preserved for those who shall appear to have a legal right or interest therein; and that the Said last will and Testament may be executed according to the request and instruction of the said Testator. We do hereby authorize him the said R.F. Jones as said Executor to collect and secure, all and singular the goods and chattels, rights and credits, which were of the said W.H.. Robinson, at the time of his death, in whosoever hands or possession the same may be found; and to perform and fulfill all such duties as may be enjoined upon him by said Last will and Testament, so far as there shall be property, and the law charge him and in general to do and perform all other acts which now are, or maybe hereafter required of him by law.
