Bond of Probate Clerk
Know all men by presents,
That we Evangeline Tucker as principal and Minnie Tucker and A.L. Biffle as securities, are held and firmly bound unto the State of Missouri in the sum of One Thousand ($1,000) dollars, for the payment of which we hereby bind ourselves our heirs, executors administrators, Jointly severally and jointly by these presents.

The condition of the above bond is such, however, that whereas, the said Evangeline Tucker was on April 7th 1927, duly appointed by the probate Judge to the office of Clerk of the Probate Court of the County of Stoddard in the State of Missouri, and has been duly commissioned to so act..

Now, therefore, if the said Evangeline Tucker shall well and truly perform the duties of clerk of the Probate Court of Stoddard County Missouri to which he has been duly appointed, and pay over all moneys coming into his hands as such Probate Clerk to the persons entitled thereto and at the expiration of the of his office term over to his successor in office all the books and other effects belonging to said office, then this obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in full force and effect.
