LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of F.F. Scott
I-F.F. Scott-of the-
of- -in the County of-Stoddard in the -and State of-Missouri
being of sound mind and disposing memory do make and publish this, my Last Will and
Testament:-hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
Item 1. I will that all my just debts and funeral expenses be out of my estate and that my beloved wife and children select and erect a suitable monument to mark my last resting place, the cost of which is to be paid out of my estate by my executrix hereinafter named.
Item 2. I give devise and bequeath to my children William A. Scott, Mary A. Scott and George F. Scott the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar each.
Item 3. All the balance of my estate, real personal or mixed and of whatever character and wherever situated, I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary Alice Scott, for the term of her natural life and after her death to my said children William A. Scott, Mary A. Scott and George F. Scott share and share alike.
Item 4. I do hereby constitute and appoint my beloved wife Mary Alice Scott, Executrix of this my last will and testament and direct that she be not required to give any bond, as such Executrix, that she be not required to make any inventory of appraisement of my said estate and that she be not required to make any settlement with the Probate Court of the county, in relation thereto, except to make due proof to the Judge of said Court that all my just debts and funeral expenses have been paid and that there is no charge against my said estate and that upon such showing that she be discharged as such executrix.
In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 22nd day of August 1904.

presence of F.F. Scott the testator at his request and in the presence of each other this 22nd day
of August 1904.

County of- Lee In the- Probate -Court.
BE IT REMEMBERED, That on this-the 10th -day of- August -, in the year of our Lord One
Thousand Nine Hundred and- five (1905) -, before me- William C. Howell a Notary Public
In and for the County and State aforesaid, personally appeared N.A. King and H.R. Bollison
who are the subscribing witnesses to the annexed will of F.F. Scott deceased and being by me
duly sworn, depose- -and say- -that-the said F.F. Scott the testator subscribed the same in our
presence and published and declared said Will or Instrument of writing to be h-is -Last Will and
Testament, and that at the time of signing the same, he the said-testator -was of sound and
disposing mind, and that said deponents attested said Will as witnesses thereto by subscribing his
name to the same in the presence of the testator and of each other and at the request of the said
testator.

To all to Whom these Presents shall come--GREETING:
Know Ye, That the last will and testament of-F.F. Scott -deceased, late of- Stoddard -County,
Missouri, hath, in due form of law been exhibited, proved and recorded, in the office of the-Judge
-of the Probate Court of- Stoddard-County, Missouri, a copy of which is hereunto annexed; and
Inasmuch as it appears that-Mary Alice Scott -ha-s -been appointed execut-rix -in and by said
Last Will and Testament, to execute the same, and to the end that the property of the said
Testator may be preserved for those who shall appear to have a legal right or interest therein, and
that the said Last Will and Testament may be executed according to the request and instruction of
the said Testator, we do hereby authorize-her -the said- Mary Alice Scott -as such Execut-rix -,
to collect and secure, all and singular the goods and chattels, rights and credits, which were of the
said-F.F. Scott -at the time of h- is -death, in whosoever hands or possession the same may be
found; and to perform and fulfill all such duties as may be enjoined upon-her -by said Last Will
and Testament, so far as there shall be property and the law charge -her -; and in general to do
and perform all other acts which are now or may be hereafter required of- her -by law.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I- Thomas Connelly, Judge -of the Probate Court in and for said
County, have hereunto signed my name and affixed the seal of the said Court at office in-
Bloomfield -this- 12th -day of-August -, A.D. 19-05
