LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
Last Will of Cassie Fox
I, Cassie Fox of Stoddard County, Missouri being of sound mind and disposing memory hereby make publish and declare this my last will and testament.
In as much as my daughter Hattie King has for a number of years labored hard for me and my family I think it more just that she should have all my property and that my other daughters Nellie Swindle, Nora Stroup and Bertie Craddock should not share therein.
I do hereby devise and bequeath to my said daughter Hattie King all the property, real, personal and mixed, including all ch.... in action, which I may own at the time of my death, unto my said daughter, Hattie King, to her and her heirs forever.
I hereby declare and publish to A. T. Walborn and Fay Magee the above and foregoing to be my last will and hereby sign the same in their presence and request them to sign their names as witness thereto this 5th day of May 1921.
Cassie Fox
The above and foregoing was this day signed in our presence by the therein named Cassie Fox
and published and declared by her to us, to be her last will and testament, and she requested that
we sign the same as witnesses thereto which we do in her presence and in the presence of each
other and do hereby state that at the time of making same, the said Cassie Fox is of sound mind.
All done at Bloomfield, Missouri, this 5th day of May 1921.
