LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I-Augustine Brown-of the-
of- -of the County of-Stoddard -and State of-Missouri being of sound mind and disposing memory do make and publish this, my Last Will and Testament: hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
I hereby give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Sarah Brown to have and to hold for her natural life my entire estate whatsoever, real and personal and wherever situated, and at her {death} to be equally divided between my three children to wit: Fannie Gillispie wife of Pink Gillispie, Andy J. Brown and Ida Williams wife of Dr. F.M. Williams or the descendants of such as shall not then be living to have and to hold to them their heirs forever. The devise and bequest to my said wife is to be in lieu of Dower, and of all the right of Dower in any lands and tenements of which I may be seized during my marriage with same Sarah Brown.
I do hereby appoint George A. Crain and Ben Wilson Executors of this my last will and Testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 30^th day of Jul 1903.

Signed, published and declared by the above to named Augustine Brown to be his last will and testament presence of -us who at his request and in his presence and in presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses thereto: this will stands good during Sarah Browns widowhood.

BE IT REMEMBERED, That on this- 11^th -day of-December -, in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and- Five (1905) -, before me- George H. crosser, Clerk -of the-Probate -Court, held in and for- County of Stoddard-and State of Missouri, personally appeared- A.T. Jolly, Eldon Phillips M.D., George W. McDavid -who being duly sworn upon- their -oath, depose- -and say- -that-they -w-ere -present and saw-Augustine Brown sign the foregoing instrument, of date- July 30^th -19-03 -purporting to be-a will the Last Will and Testament of h-him -the said-Augustine Brown, M.D. -and heard-him -publish and declare the same to be h-is -Last Will and Testament, and that at the time of signing the same, the said-Augustine Brown M.D. -was of sound and disposing mind, and that th- e-deponent-s A.J. Jolly, Eldon Phillips and Geo. W. McDavid-subscribed their names thereto as witnesses to the same in the presence of the testat-or -and of each other, and at the request of the said testat-or -who was more than 21 years of age at the date of so declaring and signing said instrument.

I,-Thomas Connelly, Judge -of the-Probate-Court-Stoddard -County, Missouri, having examined the foregoing instrument purporting to be- -the Last Will and Testament of- Augustine Brown -deceased, and signed by said- Augustine Brown-deceased, late of-Stoddard -County,-Missouri -and having heard the testimony of-A.J. Jolly -and- Eldon Phillips M.D. -subscribing witnesses thereto, in relation to the execution of the same, do declare and adjudge said Instrument-is -the Last Will and Testament of said-Augustine Brown -deceased, and the same is therefore- admitted to Probate

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said Court at office this- 11th -day of-Dec -19-05
