LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

Will
I, Christian Hansen, of the County of Stoddard and the State of Missouri, being of a sound and disposing mind, but being feeble bodily health and wishing to make disposition of my property, while there is yet time, do make and declare this my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all wills heretofore by me made.

First: I direct that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be paid.

Second: I give and bequeath to my beloved daughters Molly Hansen and Tooley Koeichig the sum of one dollar each in full of their share in my estate.

Third: I give and bequeath to my beloved grand children Christina and Earnest Anderson the sum of one dollar each in full of their share in my said estate.

Fourth: I give and bequeath and devise all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of whatever kind, real, mixed and personal, wherever situate to my beloved wife, Eggardine Hansen, absolutely and forever, to use and dispose of as she may see fit.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 11^th day of February, 1913.

The foregoing instrument consisting of 2 pages, was signed, executed and declared by Christian Hansen as his last will and testament in the presence of us, who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other, have signed as witnesses, the day and year above written.

On this 7^th day of March, 1923, before the undersigned M. Walker cooper, Judge of the probate Court personally appeared Otto Koechig who being duly sworn, says that to the best information and belief of affiant Christian Hansen died testate at Bloomfield, Missouri on the 25^th day of July, 1919, leaving as his heirs at law Eggardine Hansen, widow; Mollie Hansen, Tooley Koechig; Earnest Andersen and Christina Andersen.

BE IT REMEMBERED, That on this - 7th -day of-March -, in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and- Twenty-three, before me - M. Walker Cooper, Judge - of the-Probate -Court, held in and for - the County of Stoddard -and State of Missouri, personally appeared -Andrew Andersen and W.R. Culbertson - who being duly sworn upon -their -oath, depose- - and say- -that - they -w -ere - present and saw -Christian Hansen - sign the foregoing instrument, of date - Feby 11th- 19 -13 - purporting to be - - the Last Will and Testament of h - im - the said - Christian Hansen - and heard -him -publish and declare the same to be h -is - Last Will and Testament, and that at the time of signing the same, the said - Christian Hansen -was of sound and disposing mind, and that th -ese - deponent -s attesting witness - es - subscribed their names thereto as witnesses to the same in the presence of the testat - or - and of each other, and at the request of the said testat -or - who was more than 21 years of age at the date of so declaring and signing said instrument.

Walker Cooper, Judge - of the-Probate-Court-Stoddard -County, Missouri, having examined the foregoing instrument purporting to be - - the Last Will and Testament of -Christian Hansen - deceased, and signed by said -Christian Hansen - deceased, late of-Stoddard -County,- Missouri -and having heard the testimony of -Andrew Anderson - and -W.R. Culbertson - subscribing witnesses thereto, in relation to the execution of the same, do declare and adjudge said Instrument -is - the Last Will and Testament of said - Christian Hansen - deceased, and the same is therefore - admitted to probate.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said Court at office this - 7th - day of -March - 19- 23
