LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT


Know all men by these Presents:
I - Mary Bell - of the-County of-Stoddard -and State of-Missouri
being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this, my Last Will and Testament: in manner and form following:

I do will and bequeath to my son W.O. Bell one Dollar in money after all my Just debts and burring expenses are paid.

To my daughter Pearl Bell I do Will and bequeath after all my just debts and Burring expenses are all paid One Dollar in cash.

To my husband J.W. Bell I do will and bequeath after paying all my just debts and Burring expenses all my personal and real Estate that I will inherit as the Daughter and heir of W.M Foster now deceased for the purpose of raising my said son W.O. Bell and my said Daughter Pearl Bell until the said children are of age the statute of Missouri.

And I do by these Presents Will and bequeath to my Husband J.W. Bell all personal property belonging to me, now, and that he may have as his own and have absolute right and control and the right to sell in his own name all personal and Real property that I now own or will inherit from my fathers estate as the daughter of F.M. Foster now deceased late of Dunklin county Missouri./pg.2/

And last I hereby constitute and appoint J.W. Bell, without Bond, to be the executor of this my last will and testament revoking and annulling all former wills by me made, and ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament.

PROOF OF WILL
STATE OF MISSOURI
County of- Stoddard In the- Probate -Court In Vacation

BE IT REMEMBERED, That on this-24th -day of-November -, in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and- six , before me- Thomas Connelly, Judge -of the-Probate -Court, held in and for-the County of Stoddard -and State of Missouri, personally appeared -W.E. Edmond and Ellen Miller - who being duly sworn upon -their -oath, depose- -and say- -that -they -w -ere - present and saw -Mary Bell - sign the foregoing instrument, of date - 7th day of July - 19 -06 - purporting to be - - the Last Will and Testament of h - er - the said -Mary Bell - and heard - her -publish and declare the same to be h - er - Last Will and Testament, and that at the time of signing the same, the said -she -was of sound and disposing mind, and that th -e - deponent -s subscribed their names thereto as witnesses to the same in the presence of the testat -rix - and of each other, and at the request of the said testat -rix - who was more than 21 years of age at the date of so declaring and signing said instrument.

And further saw said Mary Bell sign her name and mark her mark thereto and that the said executrix died October 25th A.D. 1906.

I, - Thomas Connelly, Judge - of the-Probate-Court- in and for Stoddard -County, Missouri, having examined the foregoing instrument purporting to be - - the Last Will and Testament of - Mary Bell - deceased, and signed by said - Mary Bell - deceased, late of-Stoddard -County,- Missouri -and having heard the testimony of -W.E. Edmond - and -Ellen Miller - subscribing witnesses thereto, in relation to the execution of the same, do declare and adjudge said Instrument -is - the Last Will and Testament of said -Mary Bell - deceased, and the same is therefore -admitted to Probate

LETTERS TESTAMENTARY
STATE OF MISSOURI
County of-Stoddard

To all to Whom these Presents shall come--GREETING:
Know Ye, That the last will and testament of -Mary Bell - deceased, late of-Stoddard -County, Missouri, hath, in due form of law been exhibited, proved and recorded, in the office of the - Judge - of the Probate Court of-Stoddard -County, Missouri, a copy of which is hereunto annexed; and Inasmuch as it appears that - J.W. Bell - ha -s - been appointed execut -or - in and by said Last Will and Testament, to execute the same, and to the end that the property of the said Testator may be preserved for those who shall appear to have a legal right or interest therein, and that the said Last Will and Testament may be executed according to the request and instruction of the said Testator, we do hereby authorize - him - the said - J.W. Bell - as such Execut-or -, to collect and secure, all and singular the goods and chattels, rights and credits, which were of the said -Mary Bell - at the time of h - er - death, in whosoever hands or possession the same may be found; and to perform and fulfill all such duties as may be enjoined upon -him - by said Last Will and Testament, so far as there shall be property and the law charge -him - ; and in general to do and perform all other acts which are now or may be hereafter required of -him - by law.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I - Thomas Connelly - of the Probate Court in and for said County, have hereunto signed my name and affixed the seal of the said Court at office in-Bloomfield-this -24th - day of -November -, A.D. 19-06
