LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

In the Name of God, Amen. I, Martha J. Bolick, of Bloomfield in the county of Stoddard, in the State of Missouri, being of sound mind and disposing memory do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.

First: I will that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my estate by my executor hereinafter named.

Second: I give and bequeath to my beloved grand-daughter Nellie Moran, the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)

Third: I give and bequeath to my beloved grand-daughter, Genieve Moran, the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)

Fourth: All the rest and residue of my estate of whatever character, and wherever situated, I give and bequeath to my beloved son and daughter, William N. Walker and Sarah E. Moran, in equal parts, share and share alike, except that the portion received by my daughter Sarah E. Moran, shall exceed that received by my son William N. Walker, in the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) to make her equal in the distribution of my estate, I having already given My said son One Hundred Dollars, ($100.00) more than I have my said daughter.

Fifth: I hereby constitute and appoint Verner W. Moran, executor of this my last will and testament, and direct that he be not required to give bond as such executor.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 13th day of January, 1906.

We attest the above and foregoing Will by subscribing our names hereto, as witnesses, in the presence of Martha J. Bolick, the testatrix this 13th day of January 1906.

BE IT REMEMBERED, That on this - 27th -day of-October -, in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and-eight , before me - H.S. Green, Judge - of the-Probate -Court, held in and for - Stoddard County -and State of Missouri, personally appeared - Geo. H. Crosser - who being duly sworn upon -his -oath, depose- - and say- -that - he -w - as - present and saw -Martha J. Bolick - sign the foregoing instrument, of date -January 13th - 19 -06 - purporting to be - - the Last Will and Testament of h - er - the said -Martha J. Bolick - and heard -her -publish and declare the same to be h -er - Last Will and Testament, and that at the time of signing the same, the said - Martha J. Bolick -was of sound and disposing mind, and that th - is - deponent - - and -Mae Scott - the other attesting witness - - subscribed their names thereto as witnesses to the same in the presence of the testat -rix - and of each other, and at the request of the said testat -rix - who was more than 21 years of age at the date of so declaring and signing said instrument.

Ralph Wammack of lawful age being duly sworn upon his oath states that Mae Scott, attesting witness to the Will of Martha J. Bolick attested the same in the presence of said Testator and of this affiant and is now a resident of Penalara, Kans.

Bolick - deceased, and signed by said -Martha J. Bolick - deceased, late of-Stoddard -County,- -and having heard the testimony of -Geo. H. Crosser - and - the written statement of Ralph Wammack - subscribing witnesses thereto, in relation to the execution of the same, do declare and adjudge said Instrument -to be - the Last Will and Testament of said -Martha J. Bolick - deceased, and the same is therefore - admitted to Probate

LETTERS TESTAMENTARY

To all to Whom these Presents shall come--GREETING:
Know Ye, That the last will and testament of - Martha J. Bolick - deceased, late of-Stoddard -County, Missouri, hath, in due form of law been exhibited, proved and recorded, in the office of the -Judge - of the Probate Court of-Stoddard -County, Missouri, a copy of which is hereunto annexed; and Inasmuch as it appears that -Verner W. Moran - ha -s - been appointed execut -or - in and by said Last Will and Testament, to execute the same, and to the end that the property of the said Testator may be preserved for those who shall appear to have a legal right or interest therein, and that the said Last Will and Testament may be executed according to the request and instruction of the said Testator, we do hereby authorize - him - the said -Verner W. Moran - as such Execut- or -, to collect and secure, all and singular the goods and chattels, rights and credits, which were of the said -Martha J. Bolick - at the time of h - er - death, in whosoever hands or possession the same may be found; and to perform and fulfill all such duties as may be enjoined upon - him - by said Last Will and Testament, so far as there shall be property and the law charge - him - ; and in general to do and perform all other acts which are now or may be hereafter required of - him - by law.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I -H.S. Green - of the Probate Court in and for said County, have hereunto signed my name and affixed the seal of the said Court at office in-Bloomfield-this - 27th - day of - October -, A.D. 19-08
