Official Bond

Know all men by these presents that we Verner W. Moran, principal and J.B. Buck, C.A. Mosley and A.A. Sitz as securities, are held and firmly bound unto the state of Missouri, in the sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars, for the payment of which we bind ourselves and our heirs, executors and administrators.

Witness our hands this 10 day of May 1909.

The condition of the above bond is such, however, that whereas the said Verner W. Moran was on the 7^th day of May, 1909, duly appointed to the office Public Administrator of the county of Stoddard in the State of Missouri, and has been duly commissioned. Now, therefore, if the said Verner W. Moran shall faithfully discharge all the duties of said office according to law then this obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in full force and effect.
