Official Bond

Know all men by these presents that we, William L. Hodge principal, Jasper N. Punch and J.W. Malone as securities, are held and firmly bound unto the State of Missouri in the sum of One thousand Dollars, for the payment of which we hereby bind ourselves and our heirs, executors and administrators.

Witness our hands this 23^rd day of February, 1910.

The condition of the above bond is such, that whereas, the said William L. Hodge was on the 23^rd day of February, 1910, duly appointed to the office of Clerk of the Probate Court of the county of Stoddard, in the State of Missouri, and has been duly commissioned.

Now, therefore, if the said William L. Hodge shall faithfully discharge all of his duties as Clerk of the Probate court aforesaid, then this obligation to be void; otherwise to remain in full force and effect.
