Official Bond

Know all Men by these presents, that We Jesse Vaughn, Principal, and J.W. Farris, J.W. Malone, and J.N. Punch & J.B. Buck, as Securities, are held and firmly bound unto the State of Missouri, in the Sum of one Thousand Dollars, for the payment of which We hereby bind ourselves and our heirs, executors and administrators.

Witness our hands this 7^th day of May 1910.

The Condition of the above bond is such, however that whereas, the said, Jesse Vaughn, was on the 7^th day May 1910, duly appointed to the office of Clerk of the Probate court, of the County of Stoddard in the State of Missouri, and has been duly commissioned. Now, therefore, if the said Jesse Vaughn shall fully discharge all of his duties as such clerk according to Law, then this obligation to be void otherwise to remain in full force and effect.
