Know all Men by these Presents: That we, John Franklin Winchester, as principal, and the United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company, a Corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Maryland, as Surety, are held and firmly bound unto the State of Missouri, in the full and first sum of Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars, lawful money of the United States, for the payment of which sum, well and truly to be made. We hereby bind ourselves, our heirs, administrators, executors, successors and assigns, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents.

Signed and sealed this 27th day of December A.D. 1910.

The Condition of the foregoing obligation is such, that, Whereas, on the 8th day of November, 1910, the said John Franklin Winchester was elected to the office of Public Administrator of Stoddard County, Missouri, for a period of five years from January 1, 1911, and until his successor is duly elected and qualified.

Now, therefore, if the said John Franklin Winchester shall faithfully discharge all the duties of his office as Public Administrator of Stoddard County, Missouri, this obligation shall be null and void, otherwise to remain in full force and effect.

In Witness whereof, the said John Franklin Winchester has hereunto set his hand and seal and the said United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company has caused these presents to be executed by its resident Vice President and Resident Secretary and its Corporate Seal affixed the day and year first above written.

Know all men by these presents: That we, John Franklin Winchester, as principal, and the United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company, as surety, are held and firmly bound unto the State of Missouri in the full and just sum of Ten thousand Dollars to the payment whereof, well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents.

Sealed with our seals, and dated at St. Louis, this 23rd day of January 1913.

The condition of the above bond is this: That whereas, the above bounden John Franklin Winchester was on the first Tuesday after the first Monday of November, being the fifth day of November, 1912, duly elected Public Administrator, within and for the County of Stoddard of the State of Missouri, for a term of four years and until his successor is duly elected and qualified in pursuance of the statues of said State of Missouri in such cases made and provided.

Now, Therefore, if the said John Franklin Winchester shall faithfully discharge all of the duties of the said office of Public Administrator within and for the County of Stoddard, aforesaid, during his continuance in office and in pursuance of the statues of the state of Missouri and decrees and orders of a court of competent Jurisdiction then the above obligation shall be null and void, otherwise to remain in full force and effect.
