LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I -Mary F. Weidner - of the County of-Stoddard -and State of-Missouri
being of sound mind and memory do make and publish and endorse this, my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking all former will by me made:
First- I direct my executors to pay all my debts as speedily as possible, this to include debts that I may owe my children, which is evidenced by notes signed by myself to these or as is shown by the Probate Court records that I am due them as their Guardian and Curator.
Second - I give and bequeath to the St. Joseph Catholic Church of Ridgeway, Gallatin County, Illinois, the sum of $30.00 for mass for Louis Weidner and Mary F. Weidner.
Third - I give and bequeath to the Catholic Church of Dexter, Stoddard County, Missouri, the sum of $20.00 for Mass for Mary F. Weidner, this testatrix, and Louis Weidner, deceased.
Fourth - I direct my executors to have a monument placed to the grave of M.F. Weidner, to cost not more than $65.00 to be paid out of my estate.
Fifth - I give, devise and bequeath to my older three children: Maggie Weidner, Annie Weidner and Carrie Weidner in equal parts the following described land situate in Stoddard County, Missouri, to wit: That part of the Southwest quarter of the South west quarter andd the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter lying East of the Right of way of the Rail Road, in Section 34, Township 25, Range 10, East, containing 60 acres, more or less.
Sixth - I give, devise and bequeath to my younger four children: Joseph Weidner, Theodore
Weidner, Leonard Weidner and Mary Weidner, the following described land situate in Stoddard
County, Missouri, to wit: The North East quarter of the Northwest quarter and the North west
quarter of the North East quarter of Section 30, township 25, Range 11 east, in Equal parts, the
last described lands not to be sold until the youngest of the four children last named is of age.

Seventh - All the rest and residue and remainder of my property - real and personal or mixed, of every kind where ever situated whether vested or contin...., at the time of my death, I give, devise and bequeath to my said children in Equal parts.
Eight - I appoint Frank Seib of Poseyville, Indiana and G.W. Travess, Dexter, Missouri, to be the Executors of this my will.
Witness my hand, this twenty nineth day of July, 1911.

Signed, published and declared as and for her last will and Testament by Mary F. Weidner, the
above named testatrix, in the presence of us, who in her presence, and in the presence of each
other and at her request, hereto subscribed our names as witnesses; and we further disclose that
at the time of the signing thereof, said testatrix was of sound mind and disposing mind and
memory, to the best of our belief.

BE IT REMEMBERED, That on this -8th -day of- May -, in the year of our Lord One Thousand
Nine Hundred and- , before me - W.L. Tucker, Judge - of the-Probate -Court, held in and for
- the County of Stoddard -and State of Missouri, personally appeared -J.M. Cook and Blanche
Cook - who being duly sworn upon - their -oath, depose- - and say- -that -they -w -ere -
present and saw - Mary F. Weidner - sign the foregoing instrument, of date -July 29th - 19 -12 -
purporting to be - - the Last Will and Testament of h - her - the said - Mary F. Weidner - and
heard - her -publish and declare the same to be h -her - Last Will and Testament, and that at the
time of signing the same, the said -Mary F. Weidner -was of sound and disposing mind, and that
th -e - deponent -s - and - each of them and C. B. Clements - other attesting witness - -
subscribed their names thereto as witnesses to the same in the presence of the testat -rix - and of
each other, and at the request of the said testat -eix - who was more than 21 years of age at the
date of so declaring and signing said instrument.

I, - Wm. L. Tucker, Judge - of the-Probate-Court-Stoddard -County, Missouri, having examined the foregoing instrument purporting to be - - the Last Will and Testament of -Mary F. Weidner - deceased, and signed by said -Mary F. Weidner - deceased, late of-Stoddard -County,- Missouri -and having heard the testimony of - J.M. Cook - and -Blanche Cook two of the - subscribing witnesses thereto, in relation to the execution of the same, do declare and adjudge said Instrument -is - the Last Will and Testament of said - Mary F. Weidner - deceased, and the same is therefore - admitted to probate.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said Court at

LETTERS TESTAMENTARY

To all to Whom these Presents shall come--GREETING:
Know Ye, That the last will and testament of -Mary F. Weidner - deceased, late of-Stoddard -County, Missouri, hath, in due form of law been exhibited, proved and recorded, in the office of
the -Judge - of the Probate Court of-Stoddard -County, Missouri, a copy of which is hereunto
annexed; and Inasmuch as it appears that -Frank Seib - ha -s - been appointed execut -or - in and
by said Last Will and Testament, to execute the same, and to the end that the property of the said
Testator may be preserved for those who shall appear to have a legal right or interest therein, and
that the said Last Will and Testament may be executed according to the request and instruction of
the said Testator, we do hereby authorize -him - the said -Frank Seib - as such Execut- or -, to
collect and secure, all and singular the goods and chattels, rights and credits, which were of the
said -Mary F. Weidner - at the time of h - er - death, in whosoever hands or possession the same
may be found; and to perform and fulfill all such duties as may be enjoined upon -him - by said
Last Will and Testament, so far as there shall be property and the law charge -him - ; and in
general to do and perform all other acts which are now or may be hereafter required of - him - by
law.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I - Wm. L. Tucker, Judge - of the Probate Court in and for said
County, have hereunto signed my name and affixed the seal of the said Court at office in-Bloomfield, Mo.-this -15 - day of -May -, A.D. 19-12

EXECUTOR'S BOND, or Bond of Administrator with Will Annexed.
We, -Frank Seib - as Principal and -J.M. Cook, and J.N. Miller - as Securities, are held and firmly bound unto the State of Missouri in the sum of - Two Thousand Five hundred ($2500.00) - DOLLARS, for the payment of which we do hereby bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, firmly by these presents.
Sealed with our seals and dated at-Dexter, Mo.-in the State aforesaid, this - 14th -day of -May -A.D. 19- 12
The Condition of the Above Bond is, That if the said -Frank Seib, executor -of the Last Will and
Testament of -Mary F. Weidner - deceased, late of-Stoddard -County, Missouri shall well and
faithfully execute the said Last Will and Testament, and shall make true and faithful inventories,
returns, and settlements of accounts of the Estate of the said Testator, according to law, and shall,
moreover, do and perform all other matters and things touching the execution of the said Last
Will and testament, as are or shall be prescribed by law, or enjoined on -him - by the order,
judgment or decree of any Court having competent jurisdiction, then this obligation to be void and
of no effect; otherwise to remain in full force.
