LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
In the name of God Amen.
I Louis F. Johnson of the County of Stoddard and State of Missouri, being of sound mind and
memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make,
ordain, publish and declare this to b my last will and testament.
First I order and direct that my executor hereinafter named pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
Second I have three sons namely Haskell V. Johnson, Solomon W. Johnson, Orvis D. Johnson, who are strong and able bodied men, and wishing to treat them all alike it is my desire that they take no part as legatees in the distribution of my property.

And I further give devise and bequeath unto the said Tilitha A. Lastly, I make constitute and appoint Wilson C. Steward to be executor of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
