LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I - Chas P. Hargraves - of the-Village of-Brownwood -in the County of-Stoddard -and State of-Missouri being of sound mind, and disposing memory, do make, publish and declare this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
1st. I direct that all my just debts, my funeral expenses and the expenses of my last illness be first paid, and if possible, out of my personal estate.
2nd. I give all the rest residue and remainder of my estate what soever real, personal and mixed, and where ever situate, I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Nancy F. Hargraves to have and to hold for her natural life, and at her death, be divided equally between my children, to wit: Thos. W. Hargraves, Chas. P. Hargraves Jr., Sara D. Cole, Grover Cleveland Hargraves and Emil Russell Hargraves and if any of my children just mentioned should die, then their proportional part of my estate is to go to their heirs and if they have no direct heirs then their proportional part of my estate shall be divided equally between all the heirs of the estate aforesaid. The devise and bequest of my said wife is to be in lieu of dower and of all her right of dower in any lands and tenements of which I may be seized during my marriage with the said Nancy F. Hargraves.
3rd. I give and bequeath to my two grand children, the heirs of Gertrude P. Hearn, formerly Gertrude P. Hargraves and whose names are as follows: Vera Helen Hearn and Winchel Rudolph Hearn the sum of five dollars ($5.00) each.
4th. I do hereby appoint Buford Fink executor of this my last will and testament.
Now In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this the 21st day of October, A.D. 1904.

BE IT REMEMBERED, That on this -16th -day of-January -, in the year of our Lord One
Thousand Nine Hundred and- Thirteen, before me -Judge - of the-Probate -Court, held in and for
- the County of Stoddard -and State of Missouri, personally appeared -Frank A. Brannock -
who being duly sworn upon - his -oath, depose-s - and say- s -that -he -w -as - present and saw
-Charles P. Hargraves - sign the foregoing instrument, of date -Oct 21 - 19 -04 - purporting to
be -his - the Last Will and Testament of h -im - the said -Charles P. Hargarves - and heard -
him -publish and declare the same to be h -is - Last Will and Testament, and that at the time of
signing the same, the said -Charles P. Hargraves -was of sound and disposing mind, and that th -is - deponent - - and - A.A. Sitz & M.O. Reed & Frank A. Brannock - the other attesting
witness - es - subscribed their names thereto as witnesses to the same in the presence of the testat
- or - and of each other, and at the request of the said testat -or - who was more than 21 years of
age at the date of so declaring and signing said instrument.

Hargraves - deceased, and signed by said -Frank A. Brannock - deceased, late of- -County,- -and having heard the testimony of - - and -A.A. Sitz - subscribing witnesses thereto, in relation to the execution of the same, do declare and adjudge said Instrument - - the Last Will and Testament of said -Charles P. Hargraves - deceased, and the same is therefore -admitted to Probate.

LETTERS TESTAMENTARY

To all to Whom these Presents shall come--GREETING:
Know Ye, That the last will and testament of - Charles P. Hargraves - deceased, late of-Stoddard -County, Missouri, hath, in due form of law been exhibited, proved and recorded, in the
office of the -Judge - of the Probate Court of-Stoddard -County, Missouri, a copy of which is
hereunto annexed; and Inasmuch as it appears that - Nancy F. Hargraves - ha -s - been
appointed execut -or - in and by said Last Will and Testament, to execute the same, and to the
end that the property of the said Testator may be preserved for those who shall appear to have a
legal right or interest therein, and that the said Last Will and Testament may be executed
according to the request and instruction of the said Testator, we do hereby authorize -him - the
said -Nancy F. Hargraves - as such Execut- or -, to collect and secure, all and singular the
goods and chattels, rights and credits, which were of the said - Charles P. Hargraves - at the
time of h - is - death, in whosoever hands or possession the same may be found; and to perform
and fulfill all such duties as may be enjoined upon - - by said Last Will and Testament, so far as
there shall be property and the law charge - - ; and in general to do and perform all other acts
which are now or may be hereafter required of -him - by law.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I -Wm. L. Tucker, Judge - of the Probate Court in and for said
County, have hereunto signed my name and affixed the seal of the said Court at office in-Bloomfield-this - 23rd - day of -January -, A.D. 19-13

EXECUTOR'S BOND, or Bond of Administrator with Will Annexed.
We, - Nancy F. Hargrove - as Principal and -Russell E. Hargrove, J.W. Burrow and L.E. Kelch - as Securities, are held and firmly bound unto the State of Missouri in the sum of -Fifteen Hundred - DOLLARS, for the payment of which we do hereby bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, firmly by these presents.
Sealed with our seals and dated at-Bloomfield, Mo. -in the State aforesaid, this - 15th -day of -Jany -A.D. 19-13
The Condition of the Above Bond is, That if the said - Nancy F. Hargraves, Executor -of the
Last Will and Testament of - Chas. P. Hargraves - deceased, late of-Stoddard -County,
Missouri shall well and faithfully execute the said Last Will and Testament, and shall make true
and faithful inventories, returns, and settlements of accounts of the Estate of the said Testator,
according to law, and shall, moreover, do and perform all other matters and things touching the
execution of the said Last Will and testament, as are or shall be prescribed by law, or enjoined on
-her - by the order, judgment or decree of any Court having competent jurisdiction, then this
obligation to be void and of no effect; otherwise to remain in full force.
