LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

Will of Lewitia Stochr
I, Lewithia M. Stochr, of the Town of Dexter, County of Stoddard, State of Missouri, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, to-wit: I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate, both real and personal to my beloved husband, Jacob Stochr to have and to hold to him my said husband and to his heirs and assigns forever.

I nominate and appoint my said husband to be the executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 17th day of July 1908.

Signed, sealed, published and declared as and for her last will and testament by the above named testatrix in our presence who have at her request and in her presence and the presence of each other signed our names as witnesses thereto.

Be it remember, That on this the 2nd day of November A.D. 1914, before me M. Walker Cooper, Clerk of the Probate Court, held in and for the County and State aforesaid, personally appeared J.W. Horn who is one of the subscribing witnesses to the annexed will of Lewitia M. Stochr deceased, and being by me first duly sworn, depose and says that the said Lewitia M. Stochr, the testatrix subscribed the same in his presence, and published and declared said will or instrument of writing to be her last will and testament, and that at the time of signing the same she, the said testatrix was of sound and disposing mind and more than twenty one years of age, and that said deponent attested said will as witness thereto, by subscribing his name to the same in the presence of the testatrix and of D.F. McFarlen and at the request of the said testatrix.

BE IT REMEMBERED, That on this - 26th -day of-October -, in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and-fourteen, before me -W.L. Tucker, Judge - of the-Probate -Court, held in and for -County -and State of Missouri, personally appeared - D.F. McFarlen & J.W. Horn - who being duly sworn upon - their -oath, depose-s - and say-s -that -they -w -ere - present and saw -Lewitia M. Stochr - sign the foregoing instrument, of date - July 27- 19 -09 - purporting to be - her - the Last Will and Testament of h - er - the said -Lewitia M. Stochr - and heard - her -publish and declare the same to be h -er - Last Will and Testament, and that at the time of signing the same, the said -Lewitia Stochr -was of sound and disposing mind, and that th -e - deponent - - and - - other attesting witness - - subscribed their names thereto as witnesses to the same in the presence of the testat - rix - and of each other, and at the request of the said testat - rix- who was more than 21 years of age at the date of so declaring and signing said instrument.

LETTERS of Administration with Will Annexed
STATE OF MISSOURI
County of-Stoddard

To all to Whom these Presents shall come--GREETING:
Know Ye, That the last will and testament of -Lewitia Stochr - deceased, hath, in due form of law been exhibited, proved and recorded, in the office of the - - a copy of which is hereunto annexed; to the end therefore that the property of the said Testator rix may be preserved for those who shall appear to have a legal right or interest therein, and that the said Last Will may be executed according to the request and instruction of the said Testat rix, we do hereby appoint-J.J. Clark administrator with the will of said Lewitia Stochr annexed and authorize him the said J.J. Clark as administrator, to collect and secure, all and singular the goods and chattels, rights and credits, which were of the said - Lewitia M. Stochr - at the time of h -er - death, in whose hands or possession the same may be found; and to perform and fulfill all such duties as may be enjoined upon - him - by said Last Will and Testament, so far as there shall be property and the law charge - him - ; and in general to do and perform all other acts which are now or may be hereafter required of -him - by law.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I -W.L. Tucker, Judge - of the Probate Court in and for said County, have hereunto signed my name and affixed the seal of the said Court at office in-Bloomfield-this - 4th - day of -November -, A.D. 19-14
