LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
Last Will of Jacob Stochr
I, Jacob Stochr, of the town of Dexter, County of Stoddard and state of Missouri, being of sound mind and memory, do make and publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, to wit:
I give devise and bequeath one dollar each to each one of my brothers and heirs and one dollar to Lulu Widenberger, after all my debts and funeral expenses are paid and money for a moderate priced monument for my grave. I give, devise and bequeath all my, estate, both real and personal to Orville Fairchilds for his kind care of my wife Lewitia and myself in our last sickness our declining years. I nominate and appoint Orville Fairchilds to be the executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the 18th day of October, 1914.

testator in our presence who have as his request and in his presence and in the presence of each
other signed our names thereto.

BE IT REMEMBERED, That on this - 29th -day of-October -, in the year of our Lord One
Thousand Nine Hundred and- fourteen , before me -Wm. L. Tucker, Judge - of the-Probate -Court, held in and for - County -and State of Missouri, personally appeared - A.J. Dooley and
Denisie Clark - who being duly sworn upon -their -oath, depose- s- and say- -that - they -w -ere - present and saw - Jacob Stochr - sign the foregoing instrument, of date -October 18 - 19 -14 - purporting to be - - the Last Will and Testament of h - im - the said - Jacob Stochr, the
testator - and heard - him -publish and declare the same to be h -is - Last Will and Testament,
and that at the time of signing the same, the said -Jacob Stochr -was of sound and disposing
mind, and that th -e - deponent - s - and - - other attesting witness - - subscribed their names
thereto as witnesses to the same in the presence of the testat - or - and of each other, and at the
request of the said testat -or - who was more than 21 years of age at the date of so declaring and
signing said instrument.

I, -Wm. L. Tucker, Judge - of the-Probate-Court- of Stoddard -County, Missouri, having examined the foregoing instrument purporting to be - - the Last Will and Testament of -Jacob Stochr- deceased, and signed by said - Jacob Stochr - deceased, late of-Stoddard -County,- -and having heard the testimony of -A.J. Dooley - and - Denisie Clark - subscribing witnesses thereto, in relation to the execution of the same, do declare and adjudge said Instrument -to be - the Last Will and Testament of said - Jacob Stochr - deceased, and the same is therefore -admitted to Probate
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said Court at
office this -4th - day of -November - 19-14

LETTERS of Administration with Will annexed
STATE OF MISSOURI
County of-Stoddard
To all to Whom these Presents shall come--GREETING:
Know Ye, That the last will and testament of - Jacob Stochr - deceased,, hath, in due form of
law been exhibited, proved and recorded, a copy of which is hereunto annexed; to the end
therefore that the property of the said Testator may be preserved for those who shall appear to
have a legal right or interest therein, and that the said Last Will may be executed according to the
request of the said Testator, we do hereby appoint -J.J. Clark , administrator with the will of
said Jacob Stochr annexed and authorize him the said J.J. Clark as such administrator to
collect and secure, all and singular the goods and chattels, rights and credits, which were of the
said -Jacob Stochr - at the time of h - is - death, in whose possession the same may be found;
and to perform and fulfill all such duties as may be enjoined upon - him - by said Will, so far as
there shall be property and the law charge - him - ; and in general to do and perform all other
things which are now or may be hereafter required of - him - by law.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I -W.L. Tucker, Judge - of the Probate Court in and for said
County, have hereunto signed my name and affixed the seal of the said Court at office in-Bloomfield, Mo. -this - 4th - day of -November -, A.D. 19-14
