LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
In the Name of God, Amen:
I Lola M. Winchester of the County of Stoddard and State of Missouri, aged 48 years, being of
sound mind and memory, and recognizing the uncertainty of life and certainty of death, do make
and publish this my Last Will and Testament, as follows:
First - I direct that all my funeral charges, the expenses of administering on my estate, and all my just debts be paid out of my personal estate, if there be sufficient personal property to defray same; and if that be insufficient I expressly authorize, empower and direct my executors, here in after named, to see, at public or private sale, the whole or so much of my Real Estate, as may be sufficient for the purpose.
Second - I give and bequeath to my husband - J.F. Winchester, as his full quota and share of my estate the sum of $1.00, and trust that he will accept same in full and in heir of curtesy.
And further I give and bequeath to my son - John Franklin Winchester, Jr. the sum of $1.00, requesting and trusting that his father, the aforesaid J.F. Winchester can and will properly support, school and in every way amply provide for him, as our beloved son, in accordance with his means and ability so to do.
Third - I give and bequeath to my sons - Homer M. Conatser and Lawrence L. Conatser equally all the rest residue, and remainder of my estate Real, Personal, and mixed wherever situate, as such property came to and was vested in me through the efforts and proceeds of their deceased father.
I nominate and appoint my aforesaid sons - Homer M. Conatser and Lawrence L. Conatser, executors of this my last will, revoking any former will by me made, and I authorize and empower my said executors in the settlement of my estate and of any debts due to or by me to compromise such debts as they think advantageous to my estate.
In witness whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name, this 12th day of September, 1916.
