| Fourth. In case of the death of any of my said children before my death, then the heirs of the one so dying, shall receive the share that my deceased child would take if living. |
| Fifth. My Executors hereinafter named, shall cause all the real estate of which I may die seized, except the real estate devised to my wife in the second clause of this will, to be fairly and impartially appraised by three disinterested parties and shall sell and dispose of the same at public sale after giving four weeks notice of the
time and place of sale as provided by law for making judicial sales; and they are hereby authorised, directed and impowered to execute proper deeds of conveyance for the same to the purchasers there of; or in case any of my said heirs should desire to take any part or all of my real estate at its appraised value, my said executors hereinafter named, are hereby
directed and empowered to give my said heirs the right to take any or all of said real estate at its appraised value by ...ting for the same out of their share of my estate. And I hereby authorise and direct my said executors to give any of my said heirs the preference of taking any or all of my real estate at its appraised value without sale; if they should ... desire.
And my two executors hereinafter named, who are also heirs of my estate shall have to ... right ... privilege of taking any or all of my real estate at its appraised value..... to each of my said Executors in fee simple .... that they or either of them may desire to keep at its.... |
